Age verification

If your age check could not be completed, contact support with your order number. We will explain what the verification provider needs and, where possible, re-run the check.

Delivery eligibility

Alcohol cannot be delivered to every state. Tell us the delivery state before ordering and we will confirm whether we can ship there and whether any quantity limit applies.

Damaged parcels

Report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the bottle, and include your order number.
